TKF Thüringer Kugellagerfabrik GmbH works in accordance with the quality management system of the German automobile industry. That means the processes are realised in accordance with standards of TS 16949 from the VDA (the German Association of the Automotive Industry) with its strict requirements. The high quality standard at TKF was documented as a result of the audit by IXETIC (Bad Homburg – potential analysis) and ZF Gotha. On the basis of our quality policy, we strive to be classified as an “A” supplier by our customers.

On the basis of evaluations of training needs, the employees are continuously trained and informed of developments in the field of quality improvements that affect them. To safeguard a consistently high quality level, the Quality Assurance Manager has been trained as a “European Quality Manager”, which is officially recognised by the DGQ (the German Association for Quality Management). Three further employees have qualified as internal auditors on the basis of TS 16949.
